We are situated in a central location in Clifden, a vibrant and cosmopolitan town known as the ‘Capital of Connemara’. Clifden lies on the Wild Atlantic Way, which has shaped the wild rugged landscape and shoreline surrounding the town. Each day the mountains look different as they change colours during the season. The wild Atlantic adding to the mystery and wonder of the region.

Clifden is close to some world class visitor attractions including Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park and there are a host of festivals and events taking place locally throughout the year.

Or for the more adventurous, there are plenty of sports and activities to take part in the area – coasteering in the Atlantic Ocean, cycling the stunning Skye Road, sailing or adventure racing –  to name a few.

Derrigimlagh Walk

The Derrigimlagh/Marconi Discovery Point is 5km walking loop through an area of outstanding natural beauty. This is one of the Wild Atlantic Way’s key ‘Signature Discovery Points’.
